There’s a little something for everybody!
Alright, so you figured out that Las Vegas is where you’ll be moving from our guide Cost of Living in Las Vegas, and now it’s just a matter of where!
When people think of Las Vegas, the first things that come to mind are glitz, glamor, casinos, gentlemen’s clubs, gambling, nightclubs, and wild nights in the town. And while you can absolutely do all of those things, there’s much more to Sin City than meets the eye!
Also, Fun Fact: we live in homes, NOT casinos (you’d be surprised how many times people actually ask that).
By the end of this piece, you’ll have a better understanding to help you pick the home in the neighborhood of your dreams!
Summerlin (Tivoli)
Summerlin, Las Vegas, is a premier urban and residential community nestled against the breathtaking Red Rock National Conservation Area. It’s a fantastic neighborhood for anyone who wants to be close to nature, local restaurants, and the best shops. And if #saturdaysarefortheboys and golfing is your jam, Summerlin is home to the most stunning golf courses around.
If this sounds like the place to be then Elysian at Tivoli is the home for you! The stunning property sits directly across from Boca Park and Tivoli Village. Tivoli Village is a westside community hub with coffee shops, wine bars, great stores and lively restaurants and Elysian at Tivoli in Las Vegas is the newest luxury living community that allows you to fully immerse into this lifestyle. Elysian at Tivoli is walkable to more than 50 restaurants and retailers as well as scenic natural trails. Living options include one, two and three-bedrooms and some even have mountain views of Red Rock Canyon National Park. Love to work out? The yoga studio is ideal for a little self-care Sunday indulgence and the spin studio gives you the nudge to amp up for Motivation Monday. There is even an indoor/outdoor juice bar and a 24-hour micro-market for quick snacks at any time of the day.
Henderson (The District)
Henderson is similar to Summerlin, but it’s on the other side of the valley. This community has a lot to offer and is rapidly growing, with the newest additions including the expansion of St. Rose Pkwy, Raiders Practice Facility, the Silver Knights Dollar Loan Center Arena, the renovation of Water Street, and more. In Henderson, Elysian at the District is the eastside counterpart to Elysian at Tivoli. Executives love its location within The District at Green Valley Ranch, which is the neighborhood epicenter for retail, dining and socializing. Walk to nearby Whole Foods, West Elm, Lyfe Kitchen, Lifetime Fitness and Green Valley Ranch. Some of the features of these luxury apartments are 18-foot ceiling lofts, flats with plenty of space and even multi-floor townhomes—and they range from one to three bedrooms, townhomes some of which include garages, and balconies. Need a Sunday massage? You don’t have to go far with our onsite massage room and Elysian VIP partners ready to be at your service. Need a mental break? Indulge in a little brain vacay in the game lounge to blow off some competitive steam with billiards or an arcade console.
Centennial Hills (Centennial)
In the northwest corner of Las Vegas, Centennial Hills is just outside—and a million miles away from—the city. This 54-square-mile community combines all the modern amenities you need with the low-key lifestyle you want. Commuters will appreciate easy access to highways; 95 and the Bruce Woodbury Beltway cross through town. Cycling enthusiasts can take advantage of the many bike lanes in this up-and-coming community.
Centennial Hills is a shopper’s paradise! From Centennial Center, to Tenaya Village, you’ll discover 950,000 square feet of department and boutique stores, restaurants, movie theaters and entertainment. Active residents can enjoy the 98,000 sq. ft. Centennial Hills Community Center. Those who prefer playing outdoors can enjoy any of the community’s five parks ranging in size from nine to 680 acres. There truly is something for everyone: picnic areas, dog runs, sand volleyball and tennis courts, soccer and baseball/softball fields, skate parks, roller hockey rinks, and playgrounds, including one universal playground with features for all abilities.
And if all of that sounds like your dream neighborhood, then Elysian at Centennial Hills is for you! You suddenly feel your inner-Bohemian awaken as if from a wondrous dream – it’s not your imagination. And it’s not surprising considering it was built from the ground up to appeal to those who have a more relaxed, carefree lifestyle in mind. A truly magical place where a tremendous selection of new, exceptionally built luxury apartment homes, defined by their colorful design, spacious floor plans, extravagant amenities and so much more await – to make carefree spirits like you feel right at home.
Spring Valley (Flamingo)
Composing much of the southwest quarter of the Las Vegas Valley, Spring Valley is an unincorporated town. Home to a diverse population of families, celebrities, small business owners, big business executives, and more. While the town was first developed as a small, master-planned community, it now covers over 33 square miles and includes the Las Vegas Chinatown district.
Elysian at Flamingo is not for the meek or faint of heart. Truth be told, even though it’s not located on the Las Vegas Strip, the spirit of The Strip is infused into every inch of these luxury Summerlin apartments. So, if upon touring the premises you get the feeling there is a party just waiting to happen – you’re not wrong. After all, it’s just a few minutes away from Downtown Summerlin and just a short drive from the very best of Vegas. Which begs the question: Best of both worlds, anyone?
